By signing up for a package, you ("the client") agree to them. A signed proposal or order form may add details; if it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
1. Our services
We make advertising content with AI tools: short and long video ads, as described in the package you choose. Package contents are listed on our pricing section and in your proposal. We don't run ads, manage ad accounts or pay for ad spend.
2. Packages, prices and the launch offer
- Packages are monthly. Prices are in AED and paid upfront each month, by bank transfer or card, before that month's work starts.
- Launch offer: clients who sign up before [LAUNCH END DATE] pay the launch price (half the regular price) for their first 3 billing months. From the 4th month, the package moves to the regular price shown on our website at sign-up, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We'll remind you before the change.
- Unused deliverables don't roll over to the next month unless we agree.
3. Cancelling and switching
There's no minimum term. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade by email before your next billing date; the change applies from the next month. Payments already made for the current month aren't refunded once work on that month has started.
4. How we work together
- You give us accurate information and the materials we need (logo, product photos, brand details, approved claims and offers), and you confirm you have the right to let us use them.
- We send scripts for approval before production. Each ad or video includes one revision round, used within 7 days of delivery. A revision fine-tunes an approved script; a new idea counts as a new piece.
- Delivery times (for example, a first ad within 5 to 7 business days) start once we have your brief, materials and script approval. Late replies or materials move delivery dates.
5. AI-generated content
- Our content is made with AI tools, and we're open about that. AI output can contain small inaccuracies, and a trained eye may recognise it as AI-made. We check every piece, and you approve it before you publish it.
- You're responsible for checking final claims, prices and offers before publishing. Some platforms require AI-generated content to be labelled; we send posting instructions with each delivery, and you agree to follow the platform's labelling rules when you post.
- We don't create content that uses a real person's face or voice without their written permission, imitates another brand, or makes political or social-issue ads.
6. Ownership and usage rights
Once a month is paid in full, you get full commercial and paid-ad usage of the final content delivered for that month, worldwide and without time limit, including after you stop working with us. We keep ownership of our working files, prompts, methods and unused drafts. Rights in AI-generated material can be limited by law and by the tools' terms; we don't guarantee exclusive ownership of elements an AI tool may produce for others.
We may show the content in our portfolio and on our social media only with your written permission. [Set the default in your proposal.]
7. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We don't promise specific results such as sales, views or followers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Website use
The content on this website belongs to us or is used with permission. Don't copy it for commercial use without asking. The ads shown in our work section are spec ads for fictional brands, made with AI.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; changes don't affect a month you've already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in [EMIRATE], and its courts have jurisdiction.
